StartupCincy Brand Exploration
StartupCincy is positioned as a flexible brand, adjusting to fit relevantly in the themes of each year. This specifically revolved around the annual StartupCincy Week conference that takes place in October. This conference brings together founders, entrepreneurs, investors, and executives to discuss the Cincinnati startup community at length. The following brand represents the theme: It Takes A Village.

DESIGN PROCESS
Let's take a look at how we got here.
The Opportunity
Explore, identify, and define the interaction points of three distinct brands to create the foundation of collective identities that resonate with the Cincinnati Startup Ecosystem and shape the flexible elements of StartupCincy Week.
The Solution
Working and experimenting extensively with hand-drawn elements, we created graphics, marketing materials, signage, merchandise, and customized UI elements that specifically targeted key audiences for StartupCincy Week 2024.
The Result
Tens of thousands of engagements and reposts across our social media platforms, thousands in merchandise sales, hundreds in attendance for every day of StartupCincy Week 2024, and an unknowable impact on the startup ecosystem.
My Contribution
First, I was specifically focused on the interaction between the newly imagined Cintrifuse, Cintrifuse Capital, and StartupCincy brands. Then, I was tasked with understanding how the organic, hand-drawn elements would connect to the StartupCincy brand, creating graphic materials that appeared all across Cincinnati. During StartupCincy Week 2024, I coordinated a small team of interns, running socials and creating content on the fly.
